OVERLY-HARSH PUNISHMENTS: Police murder mentally disabled suspect by tasering him to deathThis is the 24-year-old mentally impaired son whose parents have repeatedly had to call police on him to calm down. Being mentally impaired (craaaazzzzyyyy) is not a crime for the state to execute you for. The parents were the ones who called 911, and their son is dead because of this. Tasers were originally deployed with the intent that they would be used instead of guns to keep people from dying as much.
