This little book is very interesting and I know people who carry it with them at all times. I keep it handy and refer to it often. It really helps one to understand their feelings, as many of us were not allowed to have them while growing up. Repressed feelings have to go somewhere and they show up some place in our body. This is unhealthy. Recognizing what’s going on and working it out can help us to be in touch with our feelings and be come not only emotionally healthy but physically healther as well.

I have been struggling for years with very troubling physical symptoms and have seen countless medical doctors and natural healers. My faith coupled with this book and various energy treatments are helping me to unearth and treat the negative and faulty belief patterns that have held me hostage for so many years.
