It doesn’t offer many insights in the science per se. Does not explain why the technique works and expect the reader to believe it as an act of faith. Maybe that is what is requiered, other than that, what you are going to get is warmed up ear lobes.
1 Stars Just visit a Hindu temple to learn this!
Hindus, especially in South India, have been doing this for centuries as a form of praying to the Hindu God Ganesha (a.k.a. Ganapathi, Vinayaka). Just visit any Hindu temple to see this being practiced. Coincidentally, Lord Ganesha is also prayed to for knowledge.
The idea of there being acupuncture points in the ear lobes is also quite well known in India - almost all Hindu children get their ear lobes pierced (male and female) when they are around 1 year old.
Skip the book, just visit a Hindu temple to learn this so-called “Super Brain Yoga”
1 Stars Does not perform what it claims to do
I was waiting anxiously for this product after hearing what it can perform to someone, as it was out-of-stuck on amazon.com and had to pre-order it with UPS 1-day shipping delivery. After waiting for about 10 days my order was finally shipped and I paid about $46 ($25 for book price and the rest for 1-day UPS shipping + tax.) Finally after recieveing the book which was like almost 3 weeks ago or something, I kept practicing the exercise which was presented in this book and I still CAN NOT NOTICE ANY DIFFERENCE IN MY COLLEGE PROGRESS NOR DO I BELIEVE THAT I BECAME ANY SMARTER.
This book is both, a waste of your time and your money. I believe that being a “GENIUS” is something that is inherited from your parents or gift from god, other wise, how come I still CAN NOT SOLVE SIMPLE KIDDY PUZZLES?
Being educated is something, and being a “genius” is something completly different. Everyone can get educated easily (read, write, perform basic computer tasks (although I’m a computer programmer myself), perform simple mathmatics, etc.) since education is taught by teachers, being educated is not so difficult (especially nowadays.) However, being “Smart” or a “Genius” is something else. Comon, think about it! If you believe that this book will make you a “Genius” then how come the number of scientists on earth have not increased? If people are claimming that handicapped children are becomming the top in their class, how come these handicapped children are not scientists like Bill Gates, Albert Einstein , and Thomas Edison?
I think that all these testimonies is just a new way of MARKETING so that people would actually purchase this book and this publisher can earn money easily, else why would he say that he is NOT “Responsibile” for any harm that can happen to you caused by this exercise?
1 Stars A $25 Waste!
What a disappointment this book was! It’s a mere 115 pages, and you will not find a series of exercises for the brain. You will read about one and ONLY ONE exercise. Outlining this exercise consumes all of about 2 pages. The other 113 pages are total fluff - mostly random studies and the results of those studies, plus letters from friends and others proclaiming how the author has helped them or their child. Sorry, but for [...] I expected much more substance. This book could have been reduced to a one page flyer, and sold for a dollar or less. Please don’t waste your money, and don’t be fooled. You’re paying [...] to read about an exercise you can see on U-Tube for free via a story some local news channel did on Superbrain Yoga.
1 Stars Not worth the price.
I was extremely disappointed. One whole expensive book for one simple exercise. Not worth the price.
